Understanding CRO and this service
CRO stands for Conversion Rate Optimisation. Most ecommerce stores convert between 1.5% and 3% of their traffic. The other 97% leave without buying. CRO works to improve that number, which means more revenue from the traffic you are already paying for, without spending more on ads.
Most agencies audit one dimension, typically UX or ads, and hand you a report. We examine conversion as a connected system across 12 areas: design, technology, and marketing together. We are a full-service agency with 150 people and our in-house team can actually execute the findings. We diagnose and we fix. Not outsourced, not freelancers.
The Surface Audit is free and works for any ecommerce business regardless of size. The Deep Audit makes most sense when you have enough traffic that conversion improvements translate to meaningful numbers. Access, data security, and NDAs
For the Surface Audit, only your store URL. Nothing else.

For the Deep Audit, depending on scope: Shopify collaborator access, GA4 viewer access, Meta Business Manager read-only access, Google Ads read-only access, and your heatmap and survey tool access if applicable. All access is strictly read-only. We never make any changes to your store, ad accounts, or any platform without your explicit written approval first.
Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA if that is what you want, before any access is granted. All audit reports are marked Strictly Confidential and are for your internal circulation only. We do not share your data, findings, or access credentials with any third party.

We are a professional services firm with 150 people and 7+ years in business. Your data is handled with the same care we would expect for our own. We cannot and do not run ads, make changes to your store, or do anything beyond reading the data we have been given access to.
Not complicated. Once you confirm the Deep Audit, we send a step-by-step access guide for each platform with screenshots. Most clients complete all access grants in under 30 minutes. For Shopify it is a collaborator invite. For GA4, Meta, and Google Ads it is adding our email as a viewer. We never need admin or editor access to your ad accounts.
Yes, immediately and at any time. You retain full control. Shopify collaborator removal takes under 30 seconds. Meta and Google user removal is in Business Settings. GA4 removal is in Property Access Management. We encourage you to revoke access once the audit is complete if you prefer.

Payment, pricing, and what is free
For INR payments, we will share an invoice. You can pay using any available method including debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, and wallets.
